UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin in his statement say that the Champions League and Europa League must be finished by 3rd August. Football around the world has been cancelled due to the pandemic coronavirus and UEFA were forced to halt their tournaments till further notice.  Both the Europa League and Champions League have last-16 round games still to play and there has been discussions about holding a mini tournament to finish the competitions. Members of the House of Representatives are set to consider a fresh Stimulus Bill that will enable Nigerians get free electricity supply for two months to lessen the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
